FOD is fully equipped with everything you need to sharpen your catching,
shooting, and goal tending skills. Group rates are available for teams to rent
the practice facility and private lessons are also available. Pricing is per 1/2
hour. |
Clinics are provided and can be done as a group
or individual lessons for working on passing and catching. Individual
