Is my unit still under warranty?

All Fodsports units (no matter where you purchase from) come with a standard warranty, starting from the date of purchase. REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT on Fodsports official website to get additional 6 months free warranty.

Please keep your proof of purchase in order to reclaim your warranty.

Why is the volume of the intercom really low?

A: Please note that both the volume of the intercom or the volume of listening to music can be adjusted with the volume +- button, if you think the intercom volume is too low, you can press “+” button to increase the intercom volume.

Why are my two speakers or one side speaker unavailable/no sound?

Please check if the headphone cable is inserted in the correct direction, M1-S PLUS is a Type-C interface, with the microphone icon facing you, and then inserting the interface is the correct direction. 2. Please make sure the headphone cable is fully inserted into the interface.

How long will it take to receive the items we buy?

For fast delivery, it will take 5-7 workdays;

Why did music sharing fail?

A: 1. Music sharing function only applicable between 2 M1-S PLUS units. 2. When you start/stop music sharing, the music needs to be in pause status, if you don’t pause the music, it will fail to share music.
